Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment for completed work is due immediately
• Work in progress may be charged proportionally
• All project materials will be provided upon full payment
• Ongoing service agreements end at the next billing cycle

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our services are provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
